8 Week Pilates Course
‘Me..time’ Pilates Intermediate level 8 week course includes:
- 8 classes
- On-going support material available for home training between classes
- Bands & blocks provided
- Classes run year round
Pilates experience required, classes are suitable for people who understand the basic principles of Pilates. Sadly not suitable for complete beginners.
All courses paid in advance min 2 weeks prior to the start date. (Max 12 attendees)
We welcome newcomers to all classes, however a beginner course must be attended prior to joining these intermediate level classes.
(A completed health questionnaire is required before attending class - supplied at time of booking)
