How can our private sessions help you?

At the beginning of a private session you’ll receive a postural assessment, which will help your instructor ascertain the main contributing factors to your aches and pains. Your teacher will then tailor the session to you and your needs, selecting exercises most beneficial to you in helping you relieve your aches and pains. Through this process you’ll become more aware of the unhelpful strategies you’ve picked up over the years. You’ll also learn how your body was designed to function and what you can be doing on a daily basis to get it back to working as efficiently as possible. All of this will ultimately reduce your aches and pains and get you back to living the life you love.

The added benefit of private sessions is that you can interact with your instructor throughout, making them aware of how your body is reacting and responding to the work you’re doing. Your teacher can then adapt any exercises as necessary to better suit your needs. You’ll have your teacher’s undivided attention throughout the session and will receive huge amounts of hands on guidance to ensure that you’re performing the exercises correctly and gaining as much benefit as possible without aggravating your pain. Together our aim will be for you to address your unhelpful movement strategies and adopt new ones that’ll leave you feeling taller, looser, more mobile, better aligned and in less pain.
