Why Our Classes Stand Out
We offer small-group Pilates classes across Worcestershire, from within the City, to Ombersley Village, and Sytchampton. Keeping classes small allows us to provide personalised attention in a supportive group setting. Our expert instructors deliver hands-on adjustments to ensure you’re getting the most from each movement.
Every class is carefully crafted to meet the unique needs of our participants. Whether you're just starting or are a seasoned pro, you'll find our sessions dynamic and challenging - designed to keep you progressing, avoid plateaus, and stay motivated on your Pilates journey.
