Pilates For Horse Riders Workshop

An 'off the saddle' workshop beneficial for any rider looking to improve flexibility, balance, strength & alignment for the optimal riding experience. Having free moving limbs and an understanding of trunk stability is key to communicating what you want from your horse. Pilates can teach you how to use your seat and use your arm and leg aids effectively to gain a deepened and trusting relationship with your horse.
