Join our Intro to Pilates Workshop, its the perfect starting point to build strength, improve posture, and feel more confident in group classes.

It's a relaxed and sociable environment, open to anyone and ideal to attend with a friend. You'll learn all you need to know (and more) to see if Pilates is for you, or, if your a seasoned pro, you'll gain a greater understanding to can get even more from your weekly classes.

This isn't just a class - it's a fun, supportive experience with expert guidance, hands-on practice, and plenty of time to ask questions, all in a relaxed setting with refreshments (and yes... homemade biscuits)

Requirements: Most of the exercises take place on a mat on the floor. You’ll need to feel confident and comfortable getting down to the floor, moving around on it, and getting back up again. If you’re unsure whether this workshop is suitable for you, you can complete our Health Questionnaire, and we’ll be happy to advise you.
