From Personal Journey to Proven Method
I'm the founder and Principal Instructor of 'Me..time' Pilates. Since 2009, I've witnessed the remarkable results Pilates brings to people, including overcoming my own back pain.
When my horse Molly was diagnosed with an untreatable secondary Kissing Spine condition, I refused to give up. I adapted Authentic Pilates Principles to her needs - and the results were extraordinary. Molly regained strength, fitness, and freedom from pain.
From this personal miracle, Equine Pilates™ was born - grounded in 15+ years of experience and supported by research from around the world.
