‘Me..time’ Pilates® was founded over nine years ago by Amanda Griffiths, a highly qualified Level 3 Pilates instructor with many years’ experience in teaching group classes and one2one personal training, as well as a wealth of knowledge in rehabilitation.  The aim was to provide a truly personalised experience for all clients.
