Class Levels

Which Class is For You?

At every class, you're taught good movement skills step buy step, which ultimately give you the strength and flexibility to perform the more complex exercises. As Pilates is a continual learning process, more challenging exercises will gradually be introduced as you progress through the intermediate and advanced levels. (Adaptions are offered in every class to make the exercises easier / harder  to suit everyone)

Beginners - You'll learn the fundamentals of Pilates, including posture, breathing and core muscle isolation to prepare you for an easy transition to the intermediate level classes. Options include group classes or private 121 tuition.

Intermediate Level - Pilates experience required, not suitable for beginners. Classes progress weekly to improve your skills and strength.

Intermediate / Advanced - Plenty of experience required, (at least 2+ years) Many advanced exercises practiced weekly.
