Stretch Taster Class ‘1 Week’
This is an EXPRESS 25 minute class. An 8 week course which is progressive working towards a more flexible, mobile you. You'll be guided to improve your overall posture and mobility both in class and at home with guides to practice daily.
Suitable for anyone & no Pilates experience necessary, but ideally you'll have the ability to sit down and stand without much assistance.
Classes are paid in advance a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the start date. (Please contact us to confirm we have space before making payment)
