Embrace the classic Pilates principals to improve your bodies posture, flexibility, mobility and overall co-ordination without the intense focus on core muscle isolation, making it ideal for just about anyone.
This is an EXPRESS 25 minute class. An 8 week course which is progressive working towards a more flexible, mobile you. You'll be guided to improve your overall posture and mobility both in class and at home with guides to practice daily.
Suitable for anyone & no Pilates experience necessary, but ideally you'll have the ability to sit down and stand without much assistance.
