Pilates Ball (Core & Abs) ‘8 Week’
You'll learn the key Pilates ball exercises with professional supervision, to ensure correct technique, so that you can train safely and effectively.
This 8 week course is intense as they are very small groups (Maximum 8 attendees) you receive lots of individual attention, which helps you perfect your Pilates ball performance.
No Pilates experience necessary, but it would be an advantage.
