Beginners Pilates Course ‘4 Week’
A 4 week Beginners Pilates course with ‘Me..time’ Pilates includes the following:
- Set Up Instruction card to speed up your progress
- On-going support material provided for home training between classes
- Mats, bands & blocks provided for beginner class only
- Free trial Intermediate level class
All courses are paid in advance a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the start date.
The 4 week courses are intense as they are very small groups (Maximum 6 attendees) you receive lots of individual attention, which helps you to perfect your Pilates understanding and performance.
